Treatment Philosophy

Are you ready to begin your journey to happiness? As a trauma survivor my passion lies in empowering adults and teens to heal from the impact of painful or traumatic experiences. Using a person-centered, trauma informed approach equips my clients to take an active role in the therapy process, working to discover their own solutions. I’m skillful in helping individuals, couples and families achieve their therapeutic goals through promoting emotional regulation first, opening the pathway to process deeper issues.

Therapeutic Modalities

My trauma processing models are EMDR, Brainspotting and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD). I implement interactive, hands on techniques when working with clients of all ages to harness the therapeutic powers of play to resolve psychosocial difficulties. I offer State funded treatment for problem/compulsive gamblers and affected family members (including children).

Struggles are real but so is hope. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, adolescents and gambling addicts, including affected family members of all ages impacted by problem gambling. I am accepting new clients and will stand by your side as you walk through your journey to happiness.
